The month of June marks the kickoff of #NotinMyCity’s summer-long Seeing Yellow Campaign. The goal is for #NotinMyCity’s Allies, partners, and supporters to infuse their businesses with yellow in a united stand against human trafficking and exploitation in Canada.
Each year, #NotInMyCity’s partners find creative ways to participate in the Seeing Yellow Campaign and help raise awareness, sharing their efforts on social media with the hashtag “#SeeingYellow”.

A Not So Silent Summer Rooftop Concert is an annual concert fundraising event with all proceeds going towards #NotInMyCity. The concert is part of the Not So Silent Events initiative started by Morgan Melnyk, Lyle Peterman, and Mallory Wellechenko in 2019 as a way to get the community involved with #NotInMyCity. These events celebrate local musicians while drawing attention to the issue of human trafficking and the work #NotInMyCity is doing to prevent and disrupt it.
